For those who are interested in costume jewelry and accessories for personal use or as gifts to friends and family, Hobby House would like to recommend this beading course. The students will learn how to use glass beads and crystal beads to create beautiful pieces. This course begins with the following stitches of various techniques:

1. Square Stitch
2. Brick Stitch
3. Ladder Stitch
4. Peyote
5. Herringbone
6. Right-Angle Weave
7. Netting

With this basic beading course, we offer six three-hour sessions. We guarantee that you will never get bored with these basic stitches and will find them very useful, as you will have the opportunity to practice and at the same time you will get the finished pieces in the forms of bracelets, eye-wear chains, stick pins or hair clips.

Thursdays and Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm and 1:30 - 4:30 pm

Cost for general public

Once you have mastered these basic stitches, you will have the opportunity to choose and learn to make the accessories of your choice. The tuition fee and other costs involved with these advanced lessons will depend upon the style and the difficulty of each item. Each of these lessons will probably take one or two session – by appointment with the instructor.
